In light of the current health crisis and in consideration of our constituents, customers, employees and everyone's families, our Town Hall offices are going to remain open but we require visitors to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
For payments (cash and check) and submission of any documents, please utilize the dropbox located at the entrance to the building when possible. You can request with your payment to have a receipt mailed to you by providing an address.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please call 318-938-7261. Our hope is that in limiting personal contact, we can help to "flatten the curve" of the spread of COVID-19.

Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving (Wed & Thurs), Christmas Eve & Day.
We ONLY accept Visa and Mastercard for credit/debit card payments. There is a $5 processing fee for credit/debit cards. We DO NOT accept credit cards on the last day of the month. NO ONLINE PAYMENTS. No checks accepted for traffic fines.
