Welcome to the Town of Greenwood, Louisiana!

The residents of Greenwood and I welcome you to the
“Gateway to Louisiana.” We are located near the western
edge of Caddo Parish in the northwest corner of Louisiana - approximately two miles from the Texas state line.

Greenwood is home to over 3200 residents that enjoy living and raising a family in a community with a small-town atmosphere and relaxing environment. We are rich in history with several historical sites throughout the town.

Residents and visitors enjoy our farmers market, venues in
the park, and other local attractions which provide ample opportunities for family fun. You will also have a great time
at Gators and Friends with the kids and golf at Crooked Hollow Golf Course.
